Alisha showed us many properties and made sure we were happy with our final decision and that we found the home that worked best for us. David also did a great job of addressing all of our concerns in regards to home warranty items before and after signing. They are definitely the nicest looking builder in the community.

Tri Pointe Homes did a fantastic job from start to finish. My home advisor, Alisha, was amazing to work with. She was so friendly and super communicative with all my questions and updates on the house. David, our builder, went thoroughly step by step about the house, and, being a first time homeowner, really took the time to answer all my questions about house maintenance and guidance owning a home.I absolutely love my home compared to your standard homes with having high ceilings creating more openness, thought out room design layouts, tall windows bringing in more natural light, and so much space! My favorite is the gourmet kitchen and Im excited to be cooking a lot more with it!

Great homes, great location; would highly highly recommend this neighborhood for anyone looking for a new home! Weve built a few homes now, and building with TriPointe is by far the best experience weve had. The sales manager Alisha and the building manager Tommy for this location are both amazing. They follow up and take care of any issues that arise during the sales and building process. The build quality is exceptional. The neighborhood is 20 mins from the airport, 20 mins from downtown, 10 mins from Buda, right off I-35 and the Toll Road 45. It is a perfect spot for young families, so come check it out!

I stumbled upon Tri Pointe on a random drive and was not thinking of purchasing a home. After one visit to the community, I ended up purchasing a home. At first glance (and now that I have closed) Tri Pointes quality and workmanship caught my eye. From when I first walked in the show home and talked to Alisha, customer service was amazing. The team responded to all my inquiries on a timely manner and followed up if they did not have the answer. I worked with Tri Pointe Advantage for my loan and insurance. Benjamin (lending offcier), Michelle (loan), Veronica (home insurance), and Russell (Auto Insurance to bundle with home insurance) were all great to work with. They responded to all my questions and made the entire process seamless. During construction, David and Alisha were very patient with me when I had questions on the build and re-assured me throughout the process. The closing walk-throughs and transition from construction to warranty were well done and very clear. Issues we found during walk-throughs were fixed in a timely manner. Finally, Randall (escrow manager) made the closing super simple and explained every single piece of paper I was signing. Having all the pieces fall under the Tri Pointe umbrella was the best thing ever. It just made it super simple and information flow was seamless.Overall Tri Pointe is great to work with. They made the daunting process of building and buying a home super easy and simple.

The moment I stepped into the models at Tripointe, I knew I had found my home. I loved the open spaces, natural light and finishing touches to the home to name a few. The builder does a good job with home construction, etc., (the homes are gorgeous).To take it up a few notches, what made me love Tripointe even more was the experience provided by my home advisor, Alisha. The services that she provided during my new home construction were unmatched. She was thorough with answering my questions, always following up, and making sure that I was comfortable enough to make an informed decision about my purchase. She also went above and beyond at times when I would ask questions in relation to the house (e.g. lawn care, sealing grout). Lastly, I also loved the weekly updates Alisha provided for the progress on my home. She is truly someone who is passionate about what she does, and makes it seem effortless. I’m grateful for my experience.

From day one Alisha has made us feel comfortable on this journey and provided us with great details and benefits when choosing to build with TP. Additionally, our studio design representative was excellent and extremely knowledgeable in all the customizable options for our home. Every week like clockwork, we receive updates from Alisha on the progress of our home through e-mail or text with the latest photos of the property. There are so many emotions when you decide to start the process of building your first home. After visiting a few model homes we stumbled upon the Tri-pointe website. Despite their model home being under construction we were very impressed with the available floor plans and options they offered. Alisha made the decision an easy one, she is beyond amazing and knowledgeable and has kept us in the loop every step of the way. Over all Tri-pointe has made that process so enjoyable and easy! We are looking forward to settling into our dream home!
