I’m a realtor who works with a lot of builders. Jennifer is absolutely amazing sales counselor. She provides us with answers to all of our questions. She is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to help us, even when she is busy and we show up unannounced. I have worked 3 deals with Jennifer and she is always on top of things and provides us with updates and keeps us informed. She answers calls and texts on her days off and I can even count on her to give me paint colors of clients homes I have closed in the past. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. This model at Northlake is to die for. Well decorated and amazing front porch. I’m so excited for my clients and happy that I’m working alongside an outstanding professional.

We are new to Dallas, tried different builders but we had pretty good buying experience with Taylor Morison. Big thanks to Rick for helping us in all aspects. Resort style of living experience, good amenities like swimming pool, kids play area, wider roads with in the community.
