Nice quiet surroundings. At the pool your view is of the hills. Very pretty. They keep the grounds clean and trim. Easy to get your steps in daily. Our condo had nice furnishings and will soon need a perkier paint job. Sheets and towels were nice and soft.One disappointment was the birds nest above the window and spider webs outside the window and doors.

I love our community and development (North and South). There are so many nice amenities that are included in the HOA fee. The pools are meticulously cleaned, the playgrounds are varied and fun, there are trails and a fishing pond - its just beautiful. And I love the elementary school in the South - the teachers are really great, the school is beautifully designed and clean.Our home is a Pulte home, and has been well built, with a decent backyard and a very nice layout.

This community is very, very beautiful.. Lots of children, a lot of interaction and a very close knit community.The only problem that I saw was the houses are right on top of each other; too close for comfort... The planners should have space the homes just a little further apart from each other. The layout inside is very nice, open plan, well lighted. But the neighbors can see right in your windows, on the sides. Theyre soo close like in NYC..its ok if you have blinds or drapery.. The drainage looks very well planned. Important factor when looking at a home. Many parts ofTexas flood. This looks good👍.. Theyre still building a lot more stores around the area and schools so its okay for someone who has a young family. Not really a retirement area. But to each his own🌺.

This pool is so fun! We got invithere with some friends and it is amazing. The pool is spectacular! Very clean and well built. The whole place is just awesome. The slides are really fun as well and wish we could have stayed longer.

I love living here. All of my neighbors love living here too. Our elementary school is almost built and will be two blocks away. It is close to the park and the pool. Everything we need is close and clean. I love living here!

I know someone who just bought a home here so we got the grand tour. They have a great pool area, fitness center, massage place and a meeting center (or something like that) where the community has monthly events. Beautiful community
