When I first met Rebecca Southard, she explained that her job is more service than sales.She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time I viewed a new property Rebecca would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Rebecca also led me through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price I were comfortable with. In the end I found the property that was perfect for me, leaning on Rebecca during this transition sure made it a lot less stressful to say the least! Rebecca was always calm, listening to my every request for information. She was immediately responsive to my questions to help me in making a decision. Rebecca was there for me!
