This is long overdue! Morgan, one of the sales representatives currently at the community, is AMAZING! She went above and beyond during the initial consult, and throughout the entire buying process for my clients, and AFTER closing as well. I appreciate the professionalism, thoroughness, and desire to help when things arose. As a real estate agent who has worked with a number of builders and a number of new construction sales throughout DFW, I was really impressed with her and only wish more new home reps were like her. Thank you Morgan for taking care of us!

Excellent build quality at an excellent price. Starlight Homes is truly invested in building an exceptional home, they aren’t just in it for the profit like builders that start with “L” and end in “ennar” and rhyme with D.R. and Horton 😂. Starlight builds with quality in mind, extreme attention to detail, and craftsmanship that out rivals its competitors. I have lived in both Lennar and Starlight. I would be able to pick out the differences blind folded with my hands tied behind my back. They have outstanding customer service and make sure you have everything you need before, during, and most importantly after moving in. Shout out to their awesome Field Manager Omar Salazar who goes above and beyond! Overall Ranch at Duck Creek has a bright future and the sky is the limit (or maybe the stars😅).

We had a good experience with them. Melinda our sales consultant, Jason our builder helped us through the whole process. The whole team took care of us.We enjoyed this whole process and it only took us a month to own our home. We are so blessed to have found them.
