In 2023, I approached Anwar and his team about staging his house for the Tyler Area Builders Associations Parade of Homes. We only staged 2 rooms but we had a blast.This year, we staged 7 areas in the absolutely beautiful home. It was such a success. The house looked amazing. This collaboration allows us to show that you can furnish and decorate a brand new home beautifully by shopping at Goodwill. It also allows us to share the Goodwill mission behind the thrift.Not only was the home beautiful, but Anwar and his team were awesome to work with. They made it easy. They were able to work within the confines of our scheduling and made setting up so convenient.I have not worked on building a home with Pyramid Homes, however, if working with them is anything like working through this event, I believe that I would walk away pleased and in a home that I love.

Everyone at Pyramid homes went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the quality of the materials used. We loved that Anwar took time to work with us on the design of our home until it was exactly as we wanted it to be. Being able to see him change the design in real time was a plus. And, they don’t forget about their customers after the sale. We’ve contacted them with questions several times and they are always happy to help.

After deciding to move to East TX, and calling numerous contractors and getting very high quotes for our custom home and not getting our calls returned, we were fortunate to find Anwar from Pyramid Homes, his quote was a lot lower. He build our custom green home while we lived out of state, only had to come to Texas 3 times to meet with them and all other communication was done by e-mail and phone.The house was built with top of the line solid wood cabinetry, trims, molding and 5 1/2 bases boards. Granite, skylights, energy efficient windows and spray foam insulation Non of these items were upgrades.We have 10 ceilings through out most of the house and we have the AC or Heat 24/7 and our Energy bill has not been over $100.00 per month.We are very happy with his work and I highly recommend

Pyramid Homes built our retirement home and we couldnt be happier with the result. They made the whole process far easier than we expected and the result was a very well built home. During our final walk-through before closing, I mentioned to my wife that I would install a timer on our bathroom fans. By the time we took possession the next day, the timers were installed. That kind of attention to the customer proved to us that we had chosen the right builder for our home. Lastly, about a year after we moved in, we had a problem with the rock arch over our front porch. I brought it to their attention and they replaced it to better than it was before, no questions asked. A quality builder that stands behind his product. Would absolutely build with Pyramid Homes again.

I have lived in three brand new constructed homes in my lifetime. One custom made and two pre-made. So far this is the best home I have lived in. The best fact about this house is that it is, so far, the most energy efficient. We lived in florida with year round air conditioning and we have noticed a big difference here. Also, the oasis south neighborhood is a great location for families which is all constructed by pyramid homes. We had concerns and they were ALL addressed and taken care of, from the smallest to biggest issues. We have out of state family visit all the time, and they feel very comfortable and impressed by the workmanship and look of the inside of the house that was selected by the pyramid home team. The floorplan and layout is very functional and provides privacy to family members even though its one story.
