Priyanka saved my life! I thought I would have to sell to an investor. I was SO overwhelmed and could not see a light at the end for me. She came & looked and said NO. She took total control. Had her workers come in & do repairs and then decorated the whole place inside & out. All I had to do was take the dogs out of the house during showings. I found Priyanka Johri because we share mutual dog rescue friends on Facebook. I was amazed and impressed by her kindness, opening a senior citizen center because she wanted people to be able to stay with their dogs and cats. I knew she was special when I realized what she was doing with her own real estate company and I knew I wanted her to help me. I moved to Michigan to be with family. My health was declining but I still owned a home in Groves, Texas. When I was ready to sell it, she was the one I had to call. After meeting her in person, she is just as remarkable as she appears on Facebook. She exudes kindness, confidence, and understanding. If you need help with your home, reach out to her. Absolutely love that Priyanka combines her passion for animals and seniors with her purpose in helping others find a home. A home is a safe place to lay your head and that’s exactly how Priyanka sees her job - to find YOU the best place to call home. She even told us “no” on a home that wasn’t right for us. She showed several houses till we got to the right one that she said “this is the one. All you have to do is bring your toothbrush.” Toothbrush came to the walk-thru. It’s been two years now and the home is perfect for what was needed, and we still keep in touch.

Frannie and I arrived in The Woodlands 13 years ago to help my parents as they aged. My mother passed away in 2015 and my father in September of 2021.It took a while for Probate to give me the green light to sell the house.I wanted to ask Priyanka to be my agent, but hesitated to ask her because I thought she was too busy. So I interviewed a couple of other agents first.Their feedback was disappointing, both in terms of the valuation and of the preparation and staging of the house.So I called Priyanka. And I cannot begin to explain how happy I am that I did!I initially listened to her opinion on the listing price and her ideas on how to sell the property. She was spot on with what I felt the asking price should be. She also understood the character of the house.Listening to her opinion felt like I was listening to myself. I knew at that moment my parents’ house was in good hands.I must admit, though, that her recommendation to remove most of the furniture and paintings was met with a huge dose of skepticism on my part. The staging though was magical.I am deeply grateful that Priyanka understood what the house meant to me and how I wanted to do right by parents’ memory in finding the perfect buyer.This only happened because she knew how to present the house.Thank you for all you did. ❤️(By the way, she chided me for thinking she was “too busy” to list my parents’ house. Joyfully unexpected results! That’s what you can expect from Woodlands Eco Realty. We sold our house that was nowhere near ‘show ready’, and we did it in 2 ½ weeks. A job offer would uproot my family over 2,000 miles from The Woodlands, where we raised our family. My job begins in 2 ½ weeks! We know Priyanka. It has been a long time, but we know her integrity, her drive, her compassion, her attention to details & the big picture. We know her heart and her desire to help others and the world. She would be our realtor. My spouse sighed when Priyanka’s name was spoken as our realtor. Relief. We would be in good hands.Priyanka’s insight, kindness, honesty, and clear direction moved us to get our home ready for pictures, put on the market and opened for potential buyers to see. In one long, productive weekend, 25+ buyers visited with multiple offers made on this only partially updated fixer-upper house. We needed to sell quickly, and yet, we needed time to pack up and get out. We needed a down payment to purchase a new home in a higher cost of living location. Priyanka got us there and beyond! If you are thinking of selling, I highly recommend finding someone who loves what they do, and will go the extra mile. Every listing feedback stated they came in because of the staging….. we had offers home unseen, (she wouldn’t let us take them even tho they were at asking) and continued thru. Priyanka had multiple offers for us and then when the first buyer got in to deep, she had a back up offer with contract in my email within 24hrs. She fought hard for everything when I was ready to give in and she made it painless to list. Every single thing was take care of and all we had to do was give her one weekend to show. It took me forever to agree to sell…. I just didn’t want to deal with repairs or staging or any of the extra- by providing full service and many years of experience to guide her, Priyanka was able to help us get sold, in a leaseback, and into our new home all with best timeline possible. I will say she isn’t a just a sale realtor- she pulled us out of SEVERAL homes for one reason or another stating it wasn’t up to standards or there were things we would regret. She wouldn’t let us offer more than a home was worth because we were “on a timeline”….. there were many experiences with realtors I’ve talked to that made me feel like they were only concerned about making their sale for commission…. She is not one of them. Priyanka truly wants to help you find a HOME you will love!

We bought our house through Priyanka and we love her! She is always a quick text or phone call away and made finding a house as painless as possible. I initially called her when I was moving to Houston from out of state. I told her I needed to tour some houses that weekend to find a rental property that could accommodate 3 dogs. Most realtors would tell me that it’s not possible but she delivered and we got into a beautiful home right in the area we wanted with a large backyard for the dogs. Naturally, when we were ready to purchase a home, she was our first call. She treats her clients like family, is very knowledgable about the Houston area, is attentive to our needs, and made sure we got the right house at a fair price. She is a great negotiator, pays attention to the details, and it’s apparent that her goal is to make sure we will be happy with our home, not just to get the quickest sale. Priyanka has a lot of experience with investment properties and this was very valuable for us because she was able to show us homes at both ends of our budget and helped us find a home that she felt would be the best investment so that we can eventually sell for a profit. She was straightforward with us when she felt a house wasn’t worth the price or if it was in a potential flood zone. For example, when we first started looking at areas, we fell in love with an area near The Woodlands that she later advised us against because it had a reputation of flooding. I’m so happy that we listened to her because it ended up flooding during hurricane harvey. She and her assistant, Michelle, work so hard and truly care for their clients. Plus, she brought a cake to the closing meeting to celebrate! I love our first home and I will definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a caring and thorough realtor.
