Pat is not only an exceptional realtor, but a great man. He is kind, trustworthy, listens and cares about his customers needs, and most of all, is a man of integrity! Pat assisted me with the sale and purchase of my homes three years ago. The transactions on both the sale and purchase side were outstanding! Pat is a hard worker and will get the job done. Truly a remarkable individual, a professional, honest and caring for his clients. He made the process of selling my house of 30 years very smooth and easy. Vey caring in helping me sell, gave me his opinion on what needed to be updated, knowing this after raising 4 children in this house , i made the updates. For someone that was timid of the home buying process, Pat made the whole process feel smooth and easy. He walked us through every step and made all of our questions feel important and “not dumb”. Anytime a home popped up that we liked, Pat was responding quickly with time options that worked for us in the next 24-48 hours. Simply put, we wouldn’t be raising our kids in the house we are without Pat. I look forward to working with him in the future. Great realtor, even better of a human.
