As a first time home buyer Bo did an amazing job answering all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything. He is very responsive when it comes to any communications. I bought a beautiful house and I’m so happy with everything Bo did to help with that. Always ask for Bo when you are looking to buy or sell your house!

Bo is the best!!!! From the first 5 mins of meeting Bo, I knew two things; he knew exactly what was going on in the market and he was extremely professional. Throughout the process, Bo was patient with our questions and worries (trust me we had many). He always took time to give us the answers we needed. Selling our house during a very challenging time was a big worry for us. But Bo kept us constantly updated us with the changes in the market. This was very helpful. Shanna was an incredible realtor to work with during a very challenging time in the housing market, especially for first time buyers who don’t necessarily have the collateral of a previous house at their disposal.She was extremely attentive and responsive, never getting frustrated when I sent her 15 Zillow listings in a row on a Sunday night. We had found her on a whim when we were visiting Waxahachie, but actually ended up buying much more North of Dallas, however she was still willing to make the drive whenever we needed her for showings, the inspection, etc.Probably the number one thing we appreciated about her the most is that she is realistic and kept our best interest as human beings (not just as customers) at heart. She would not advise us to do anything that would jeopardize our financial future or would wind us up in a bad investment. I truly trusted her with my life in some ways (given that most of your life is lived in your home, this statement is not far off.)Lastly, she is fun and personable and a joy to go through a stressful home buying process with. I would truly consider her a friend now, and I know if I need any help with anything in the future she wouldn’t hesitate to help me. Shanna is the best of the best!
