This place is a wonderful place to live. Alex and the maintenance crew is always on the job when we had a problem, and after we put in the work order, they are there the next day and sometimes the same day fixing and getting what we need right away. They do it with a great attitude, Alex is very knowledgeable about everything. Thank you maintenance crew.

We had the best experience leasing in Lakeside Conroe. Lauren went above & beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The community is beautiful and we just love our new home! It’s a total perk maintenance takes care of every little thing.I Had to add on to my original review because I am so impressed with the maintenance workers! They are professional & kind. All of the workers are efficient and know what they are doing. Especially Osvaldo! Thank you for all your hard work guys, it doesn’t go unnoticed!

I’m very impressed so far by staff/management. Especially Lauren, she’s been really great to work with, she’s always prompt when responding to any concerns we’ve had! She’s awesome!! Maintenance is amazing as well! My fiancé had spoke with another lady from front office the day of move in. I can’t remember her name, but I think her name was Amber-she was SO welcoming and very kind! So happy to call this place our new home!

We are very satisfied with our HVAC service today provided by Alex and his co-worker ! Unit was repaired due to a faulty breaker and is working fine ! Both were very professional, friendly and sincere with getting the HVAC working quickly and safely and gave us additional information for operation using our phone apps ! The homes here are great and the staff are amazing. The staff keep the neighborhood looking good all the time. Trash pick up twice a week, mowing twice a week in summer. Its just a great place to live.

Amber is our new leasing agent and she is AMAZING! Extremely professional and knew all the answers to my questions that I had. I can tell that she has been in the leasing industry for a long time and has lots of experience. She is a big asset to our community. I say the same about our manager Jessica too. Wonderful houses being built. They come in all shapes and sizes. The homes include lighted mirror features, spacious bedrooms and even twin sinks for your kids or adults. Each house I have seen has a guest bathroom or half bath downstairs. The neighbors are friendly as are the construction workers. They work each morning to evening no matter the weather to ensure that the homes are being built efficiently and with the community in mind. They also are not super loud and really do their best not to bother any of the kind people that have already moved in.

Love this community!! Brand new homes at affordable prices, close to everything. I can not thank Nia enough for all her help in getting everything done for me. Her level of Customer Services is top-shelf. She communicates so well and truly wants to help everyone she comes in contact with. Ask for Nia specifically when you call in, shell take great care of you :)

Edit!!! They have made such a great improvement! If you want a place that will listen, this is it! Things have changed so much in a few months, I needed to update the 3 starts to a 5 starts. The leadership of this community listen to their residents and make the improvement needed to make your living experience better. This is very refreshing. I started to notice an improvement about a month after posting my original review BUT wanted to give it a few months before modifying it to make sure that the changes were going to stick around, well the changes are still here!!! Very happy!Nice community, newer home BUT make sure nothing needs to be fixed because all you get is the run around to get it fixed. The front office is totally willing to help BUT the maintenance office can careless. Truly a bummer could potentially be great all around. The response I got was we have too many properties.
