When you are in a booming area like ours, the options are almost endless when choosing a builder and community. Based on our experience, I think Blackburn and Gardens at Mayfield are a needle in a haystack when compared to other builders here. Our decision to choose this neighborhood was based on the look and location and overall feel of the neighborhood, along with homes that begin with many upgrades as standard. What we came to find out was that the staff at Blackburn goes above and beyond what is typical for a builder. They are a smaller builder, and I think that allows them to make a priority to focus on each of their homeowners being 100% satisfied rather than their numbers. They have a different approach and it was a very welcome experience to see that. In regards to upgrades and selections, they have a large number of choices that are considered standard. You are not stuck with the standard tile color choice of beige... or beige. All of our bathrooms and kitchen had a different color scheme; all which looked great and all which were standard selections. There are plenty of upgrade options as well, but you can make a beautiful home without upgrading. If we ever have to move again, Blackburn will be my first choice if they have a community nearby.

These homes are sooooo nice, not just the homes themselves, you could find in many places. What sets these homes apart is location and community. If you enjoy the perk of being in a location where you can enjoy recreational activities without having to drive anywhere, then this place is for you! It has a nice natural beauty about it, combined with the aesthetic of the community itself, to give it a really pleasant vibe. I could go on, but ultimately, i would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new home, in a nice neighborhood, with great amenities and perks and a good natural feel.

Gardens at Mayfield is an amazing neighborhood! I love the feel of the community, its safe and happy. I want my children to grow up in a neighborhood that is safe and a neighborhood they feel welcome in, and thats exactly what the Gardens at Mayfield has to offer! Not only are the homes gorgeous, but I LOVE the granite counter tops!! Another bonus is IKEA and Costco are close by which is a win for everyone (especially mom). There is also a wonderful aquatic park right there waiting for the adventures to happen. Go check out the Gardens at Mayfield, you wont regret it!

Brooklyn is one of the most resourceful, helpful, and awesome consultants we have ever met in a new home community.We did not end up selecting this community, but believe that it may be a great fit for many people. Its a gated community right beside one of the Williamson County parks. Across the street from the entrance is the amazingly fun Dog House Drinkery and Dog Park. If you want to be near all of the growth coming with Indigo Ridge, you cant get much closer than the Gardens at Mayfield.Blackburn Homes seems to be an amazing builder with a strong and building (no pun intended) reputation. Brooklyn helps that image as being a superstar working with them. Major kudos to her and the entire Blackburn Communities team.

This is an amazing place! Not only are the homes new but they are absolutely beautiful! They have so many options and great amenities!! It is a great place for families, single people, old or young! And the sales staff are always willing to help.

This place is great! I really enjoy how relaxing the neighborhood is and how close it is to the park. The amenities that are offered are amazing and so are he people. Its a great place for anyone and everyone and I highly recommend it! :)
