My wife and I purchased a home from First Texas in Mercer Crossing and could not be happier with the experience! Although the build time took much longer than anticipated (which is to be expected, given the current supply chain and staffing shortages in the building industry right now), Frist Texas did a FANTASTIC job on the home and was responsive and helpful throughout the building process. We hired a home inspector before we closed and he said that the quality of the home was easily in the top percentile of the homes he usually inspects. Ana (our sales rep) and Randy (the lead builder) did a great job dealing with challenges out of their control and always set reasonable expectations for my wife and I given the current difficult build environment. Thank you first Texas for the beautiful home and thank you for your fair and honest business practices!

Great service and explanation of a nearly full custom home offering on new builds. They were also the only builder in Mercer crossing offering free coffee during covid.

Very beautiful community and the sales representative is very comfortable making any changes to your house I highly recommend.
