We are absolutely satisfied with our purchase. Even with the supply issues, the sales counselors (Jeff and Sakkunny) were the biggest reason we bought the house. Their knowledge and professionalism we unmatched. They helped us envision the house as we were selecting the features. The house for the amount cost was perfect. The builder (Kyle) stayed in communication with us during and after the build. We have no regrets.

As a mortgage lender not under the umbrella of a builder, I dont work with builders too often. With that said, I had the opportunity to work with Kim Golwitzer at First Texas Homes at Marine Creek while helping a client into a brand new home. Kim was fantastic to work with. She was always on top of communication, quick with documentation needed and even called me back on her days off (appreciated but unnecessary). If you are looking for a brand new home in the Fort Worth area, make sure to stop in and see Kim. Youll be glad you did!

Jeff and Sakkunny are great sales reps. Gave me a great price and Jeff really knows everything in the home thats tailored to our needs. Community is amazing and welcoming. Very kid- friendly and military friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Although I havent yet purchased from First Texas Homes, I was referred to Jeff Spann-Ly by a coworker to whom he sold a home.I have met with Jeff two times regarding the new phase in Marine Creek Ranch. Ive shopped many builders over the past couple of months, and found Jeff to be the most knowledgeable, competent, and friendly of all builder reps. He was able to offer great suggestions for structural modifications that will benefit my familys specific needs.Im looking forward to building with First Texas Homes as soon as my relocation to Fort Worth is approved.

In 2015, my wife and I started looking for a new home to accommodate our special needs son. At the beginning of our search, we looked at existing homes only until a co-worker suggest looking at new home builders. We thought it would be more expensive, but went looking anyway. We visited most builders in the Fort Worth area and was getting discouraged until we ran in to First Texas Homes while looking for another builder in Marine Creek. To make a long experience short, we kept going back after comparing First Texas Homes to other builders. We told Jeff Spann-Ly we were looking for a home that would accommodate our special need son and he went to work to get us what we needed. He took the time to personalize our blueprint and made great suggestions that would meet our sons needs and keep us within our budget. Other builders we spoke with told us there is a charge for changing their blueprint. Jeff said there were no additional cost to modify within the square footage. He was/is heaven sent. We developed a great relationship with Jeff and Vincent, which we continue to maintain to date. We closed February 2016. Ive met snobby and flashy people in my lifetime of 50+ years and that was not our experience. I cant comment on others experience with Jeff and Vincent, but I would advise prospective buyers to create you own unique relationship with these two great gentlemen. I consider them part of my family because they took time to entertain my children when they could have easily avoided them. My family and I periodically stop by to say hi and we always receive warm welcomes. How many builders would address you by name after you have closed on your house?

The gentleman running the First Texas Homes office in Marine Creek is the most knowledgeable, professional and best Ive ever seen, Mr. Jeff Spann-ly. If you want to build the best home and get the best service youve ever experienced this is your man. Ive bought/built 4 homes with 1st Texas and looked at many builders comparing price/value and 1st Texas is no doubt the best. You get more house for the money, a lot more house. Jeff can modify their floor plans, add, delete, adjust almost anything you need or want. Dont waste your money with most of the other builders, go see Jeff and youll quickly see what Im talking about here.

Top rate customer service from Jeff and Vincent in the sales office. They were both full of suggestions and extremely accommodating to our numerous change requests and back and forth on selections. The process was long and at times frustrating but we love our house and would do it all over again in a second. We looked at numerous builders in numerous developments and as far as price, hands down you get the most bang for your buck with First Texas. Add on the almost unlimited layout changes and available options, other builders cant compete.

I cannot express how amazing our experience with this office has been. Jeff Spann-ly is honest,upfront and has some amazing ideas to help you truly make you house a home you will love.Jeff helped us design a floorplan to accommodate our special needs son. He was understanding of our sons needs and made sure they were met.Jeff and Vincent welcomed our many questions, reassured us countless times and even put up with us changing things. They never acted as though we were beneath them or that they are better than us.We still enjoy stopping in to chat when they are not busy. They treat us like family, pictures my daughter drew for them are hanging in the office.I dont understand the previous personal attacks, so I encourage you to go in and give them a chance. You will not be disappointed.

My hubby and I were in the area looking for a nice place to call home and looked at a few different builders. When we first started looking back in 2013, we came across First Texas Homes and Jeff Spann-Ly was there back then and was very friendly, honest, answered questions that we had and very knowledgeable about the quality of the homes. 3 years later, we are back looking at homes and Jeff is still there and no better person to get information from other than Jeff. His demeanor is very professional and his assistant Sakkunny (sorry if spelled wrong) is also very professional and customer service oriented. The thing I really like about both of these young men are, that they are HONEST and is not trying to sell you something that you dont want. Our house has not started the building phase since it is in the new phase 10 development, but it has been such an ease at either stopping by to see these young men or calling them over the phone. I would recommend anyone to see these two at First Texas Homes and would highly recommend that everyone check out their beautiful models. Jeff and Sakkunny, you guys keep up the great work and its always a pleasure stopping by to see you guys.The Caspers

Bought a house here! We had a wonderful experience, Jeff and his team are just amazing. They made the whole experience easy and fun and they treated us like family. Cant say enough good about Jeff!
