I have closed 4 transactions with Eve and have to say - she is an amazing agent. When the seller market was at its top she expertly priced the properties and navigated multiple offers to get the top dollar. When the market froze due to interest rate hikes, huge property tax increases and the influx of properties on the market Eve was able to do the same - 2 more sales at great prices. She watches your deal as a hawk, ensuring everything falls into place on schedule. Eves dedication to her clients is incredible. Even when she was on vacation and was spending dedicated family time she got back to me quickly and gave an eta on when things would get done. I worked with many real estate professionals in 3 states and internationally and have to say that Eve is my favorite broker.

She arrived at the first appointment with full knowledge and history of my property. Her services included a professional stager and professional photographer - they made my home look better than it did when I purchased it. I received countless compliments on the presentation of my home (which included consistent top rated online status and premium front yard flyers). I received multiple offers in two weeks.I was most impressed by Eve’s accessibility and professionalism. I got to work with Eve on both the selling of my current home and purchase of my new home. I was having to downsize due to some personal setbacks and she was extremely understanding from the get go. She took the time to understand my needs and do her due diligence on finding me options. Her and her team turned my existing home to a consistent top search in my area and we had a contract in less than a month for the amount I needed!!!! Eve found the perfect property and helped get the price EXACTLY where I needed it to be. She helped setup the contingency to lock in the new home once the previous one sold. Her availability to respond to my questions was amazing and she was extremely reliable throughout the entire process. She also has several friends in the trade and helped me find a couple of movers, contractors for touch ups, etc. I literally could not have accomplished this and get through a difficult transition with such ease if it werent for Eve Cameron!

They should have more stars for this realtor! Eve is the best I have seen in the industry and this is the 7th real estate transaction I have done during my lifetime. She has put a team together that excels in attention to detail, customer service and industry knowledge. Her title company created a seamless transaction and this particular property was a little complicated as it was an inherited property with no will. Her team knew exactly what to do and executed flawlessly. I couldnt be be happier with the results. She treated the family with compassion and yet pulled us through the daunting task of prepping the house for sale and all the details that go with it. Preparation for the sale included a stager who is a well-known professional and a photographer who is awesome. The listing of the house with all the pictures brought 24 people to the house for showings in three weeks. As a result, the house sold shortly there after. The final result was getting the amount of money we hoped to receive after closing.To explain the care received, we were texted as each group entered the house for a showing. Closing statements were prepared perfectly and each item was explained. After the closing all that needed to be completed before moving from the home was explained and a list of people who can help complete preparing the house for the new owner was in place. Also, the new buyer also receives guidance throughout.The entire procedure is smooth and accurate.
