Del Bello LakesJane Wong has been incredible throughout the home build/buying process. She explained every aspect of Shea Homes as a company and builder; we felt comfortable moving forward with our purchase immediately. Jane was extraordinarily responsive to our questions, took care of our home-buying needs throughout the process, and continued to help after closing.We cannot say enough about the awesomeness of Shea Homes regarding the quality of our home and the customer service from all departments. We especially want to thank Jane Wong and Mike Rodriguez, the building manager, for their professionalism and resiliency in ensuring we had a great home-buying experience. Everyone involved in my home buying experience was phenomenal. It when smoother than anything I’ve been involved in. Carlos was always there when I needed him. Jeremey always took away our worries away. And everyone else involved. Was awesome.
