As a resident of Deerbrooke Community in Leander, I am absolutely delighted by my experience of living in this wonderful neighborhood. My family and I have been living here for sometime now, and I must say that it has exceeded all our expectations.From the moment we moved in, we were greeted by friendly neighbors, well-maintained wide streets, and a plethora of amenities. The community center, which includes a fitness center, pool, and playground, has become a favorite spot for our family to unwind and socialize with other residents. My children especially love the splash pad, which is perfect for hot Texas summer days!The location of Deerbrooke is ideal, as it offers easy access to major highways, making our daily commute to work hassle-free. Additionally, there are plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby. The new North-line will also be within walking distance. The highly-rated schools within the Leander Independent School District (Plain, Danileson and Glen) are also a significant advantage for families like ours.One of the things that sets Deerbrooke apart from other communities is the sense of belonging and the strong connections weve made with our neighbors. The community regularly hosts events and activities that promote interaction and help build lasting friendships. The beautifully landscaped green spaces and trails are perfect for evening strolls or a morning jog, and we often spot deer, adding to the charm of this picturesque neighborhood.Overall, Deerbrooke Community is a dream come true for our family, and we couldnt be happier with our decision to call it home. If youre considering a move to Leander or Austin. I highly recommend giving Deerbrooke a visit - you wont be disappointed!

This is a newer development with all the beautiful amenities you could imagine. Pool, community center, playground, and walking trails. No driveways so its street parking.

We moved to Texas just over a year ago and knew that we wanted to at some point build a home in a great community. We spent countless hours, days, weeks and months researching communities around and in Austin.It was pretty amazing the number of times we thought we had found the one. There would always be the one deal killing factor that would keep us on our research path. This path led us to Deerbrooke.We spoke to representatives with three of the four builders in Deerbrooke and had a great experience with all three. Important to us was that a majority of builders in a master-planned can be considered higher quality. We are confident of this in Deerbrooke. Even more confident did we become with the ability to interact with the developer and his team. Randy and Erika have been overall very responsive to us before and after we contracted with our builder.The ultimate decision to build in Deerbrooke was topped off with the opportunity to work with Monticello Homes. Matthew with Monticello has been amazing to work with and has kept us informed throughout our construction process.Indeed we have not yet moved into home as it is being built while I type this review. However, I am so confident in the community and Monticello as a builder that I wanted to give a five star in advance review as they have earned our trust and recommendation.Looking forward to a great community continue to develop and with best hopes that as the community grows it has forward thought on keeping quality builders and well-considered amenities for future neighbors.
