Very happy with my purchase. Great staff, except for receptionist...not doing her work correctly. Asked for my ID to verify its me and then proceeds to give me another persons property documents instead of mine 🙄

Since 2018 with our half acre lot. It was great that we found Cayetano Development and decided to get land and construct a home on our land. Payments are affordable. As long as you maintain your lot clean with grass cut and taxes are paid on time no problem with them they give you plenty of time notice/ letters for any of these issues. No regrets our neighbor is calm and nice very family friendly. Would recommend to any other families looking for a good place to buy and build your home!

SUPER HAPPY TO LIVE HERE IN CAYETANO SUBDIVISION WHERE THEY GAVE ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE A LOW DOWN DOWN WITH WHICH I COULD MAKE MY DREAM COME TRUE NOW I AM THE OWNER OF MY LAND AND WITH COMFORTABLE PAYMENTS BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT WE HAVE A HOSPITAL SCHOOL CLINICS CHURCHES STORES CLOTHING AND FOOD BANKS GAS STATIONS RESTAURANTS OF ALL KINDS AND FREEWAY JUST ONE MILE IF YOU HAVE PLANS TO BUY IN THIS AREA DO NOT HESITATE IT.
