We worked with Josh Gamble from Carter and had a great experience. Buying your first home can be intimidating. Buying your first home while relocating from out of state and expecting a baby was daunting to say the least. But with Josh at the helm of our house hunting ship, we were in great hands. He took the mystery out of the process by not only patiently guiding us through each phase; he also took the time to educate us and ensure that we had a clear understanding of what was happening and who would be involved. Joshs communication skills also deserve mention here as there was never a point in the process where we felt out of the loop or left hanging without an answer. As Josh says you will always know everything that I know, when I know it. And we did! Josh always took the time to make that extra phone call and send that extra text message that ensured we always knew the status of our home search and what our next step would be. I would absolutely work with Josh again, his customer service based approach, knowledge of the San Antonio housing market and the market at large were essential to find us a great home for our growing family. Thanks Josh - we love our house!!

We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Amy Carter. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Finding someone to enlist on your team during this market seems like a daunting task and were were thankful to have had Amy along this process. Amy is honest and hands-on. She helped navigate difficult situations with ease and always offered quality referrals when enlisting additional support in the home buying process.We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the house we ended up purchasing it was due to Amys diligance and commitment to getting her clients into a home. We cannot recommend Amy and the work her team does enough. If you are looking for an agent in the San Antonio area Amy Carter will not dissapoint!

Amy Carter was absolutely wonderful to work with. Throughout our selling/buying process, she was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She gave great advice and guidance, and was quick to answer all of our questions. She came highly recommended to us, and we would highly recommend her to other home buyers/sellers. Amy made this whole experience a such positive one!

Amy was amazing! I told her I wanted to live on a specific street, and that the home had to have a pool and spa. Mind you, this one street, had only about 30ish houses on it and only one was for sale, at the time, with no pool. She made many phone calls and probably knocked on some doors too and delivered to me a house with a pool! We also lived out of town and she coordinated everything, between mobile notaries and esigning for us. The process, as stressful as home buying can be, was exceptional easy with Amy!

We were blessed to work with Amy again. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring and listens to what you want and need. She priced and marketed our house correctly and it sold in less than a week. The only sadness we have is that we cant work with her again as we have moved out of state.
