I recently had the pleasure of visiting Beacon Hill as a guest, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. The amenities are truly amazing. The highlight for me was the pool/Aquatic Center. Its so well-designed and inviting that I could happily spend all day there. I was particularly impressed to learn they have a heated pool, which is perfect for those interested in year-round water activities. The entire community exudes a sense of welcoming luxury. Im eagerly looking forward to going back during my off time to enjoy more of what Beacon Hill has to offer.

To wake each morning to our view is nothing short of satiating. We took our time visiting, contemplating where we’d finally be happiest living, full-time, and Beacon Hill was/is the perfect choice. Situated beautifully lakefront, flawless sunrises and sunsets, I pinch myself often nesting in this secret Kemp jewel. Our community feels like a community. Our lots feel luxurious lake living. And atop it all, the unforgettable sense of wellness that washes over us the second we enter the gate to be greeted by the rustic tree line. We love it here, we are home.

Working with Joe McGinley, the Sales Director at Beacon Hill, was an exceptional experience. Despite our changing family circumstances which ultimately required us to stay in our current home, Joe was understanding, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. His knowledge and dedication made us feel confident that, had our situation been different, Beacon Hill would undoubtedly be our chosen place to call home. The communitys charm and Joes outstanding service left a lasting impression on us.

Good gated water front community. Just over 100 lots, nice aqua features. But pricey for Cedar Creek but catching up lately.
