Angie has fantastic energy which she brought to the sale of our house. Well before she even held an open house, she used her social-media skills to market directly to local brokers. Angelica Foster is such a beautiful person whom helped us buy our FIRST, BRAND NEW HOUSE!!!! My husband and I were already looking into buying a new home but were clueless in where to start. After looking over several realtors we came across Angelica and ever since we spoke for the very first time she new we were the perfect fit for a brand new home in a new community that was beggining to build in Uhland Tx. In less than 1 month she was able to get us in to say YES to our new home. She made the entire process understandfull and awesome, any questions we had she would answer with details and straight forward which is what we really wanted. She is bilingual which made it even more easier for my husband to be able to understand what was happening along the way. Angie addressed all the concerns we had and made sure our builders were aware of them and on point throughtout the entire time. Even after closing Angie has been there to answer ALL our questions and guide us as we are very new to this home buying process. The best part is that Angelica is really just a call or text away!!!!! She always answers our messages right away and if there is something she does not know she investigates and looks into it and does not stop until she has an answer for you right away, which is the best!!!!
