I appreciate that Zizo asked questions instead of trying to push me into a house that I didn’t want. Very professional communication and he was not afraid to advocate for the lease revisions to fit my needs. I will use them again in the future.

I will find Zizo wherever he is for all my real estate purchases. He made the process as painless as shopping for real estate could be and even shared his knowledge along the way. Sometimes you can feel pressure from a real estate agent to put in an offer on a house because they are just chasing a check but not Zizo. He took the time to learn and understand what I was looking for then we kept searching until we were able to make a deal. No pressure and a lot of support! Oh and lets not forget the Arabian sweets and champagne after closing...they are delicious!

Lets start with the positives -One of the things I loved about this guy - he always had a backup plan to everything even when you didnt know you needed a backup plan.Next, you ask for an inch and he would go a mile and a half. Our property was zoned commercial but not for churches or office space. By getting it zoned for churches he was able to get us $200k more for it and we were under contract within a week! Boom.Lastly, what stood out most from the beginning was he asked me questions about me personally. I had another realtor who just sent me a contract to work with him exclusively. I asked him if there was anything he needed to know about me to get started. He said no. He made it an easy decision with which realtor I wanted to work with.Go crush it buddy. Thanks for sticking with me and getting us over the finish line.

We used Mohamed to sell a rather unique (difficult) property we owned. It was a gutted 6400sq. ft. mid century modern commercial building with zoning that was screwed up by the city.Thankfully, Mohamed had backup plan after backup plan and got our property sold after getting special use permit. We didnt even have to do any of that work - he did it all for us.There wasnt a single hiccup after we were under contract and he got us an early closing too. I couldnt speak more highly of him and would 100% use him again! He hustled for us, and we are truly thankful--couldnt recommend him enough!
