Weve worked with Melissa and Ryan for a couple of home buys/sell and they are fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable responsive, all around great service. When we were selling we followed their advice on preparing the house house to show and pricing and had a contract after only a few showings. On the buying end, Melissa helped negotiate a difficult transaction that resulted in a price well below appraisal. Plus, they have a great network of trades for any home improvement needs. Awesome customer service and market knowledge from the duo at Build Buy Sell Houston. Mel was awesome to work with when leasing and eventually selling my townhouse. We worked with Ryan for several months when looking to buy our next home and when we decided to build instead his knowledge and input during the design and planning stages were extremely valuable. Mel and Ryan provided us with a list of builders their clients had used in the past and recommended and helped us select the best builder for for what we wanted. Ryan sat in on every meeting with the builder and really went above and beyond throughout the process.
