He is experienced, knows the market, and goes above and beyond to help his clients through the real estate transaction process. He answered all of our questions and helped us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Kevan to anyone needing assistance with buying or selling property. In addition to his professionalism and expertise, he is genuinely a great guy, with a kind heart and we couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

We had no idea what we were doing when we started looking for homes. Kevan, of Houston Prime Realty, put us at ease with his knowledgeable, patient, friendly demeanor. We felt so comfortable working with Kevan that my wife and I started calling him Cousin Kevan. He didnt know this, but, it really did feel like having family on our side. Theres no doubt in my mind that Kevan did everything he could for us. He definitely went above and beyond and if we had to do it all over again, wed definitely have Kevan again as our realtor.

As a first time home buyer, I knew very little about the buying process. Kevan helped greatly with all aspects of the process and was a trusted resource throughout. He accommodated my schedule with property visits and made himself available by phone and email whenever I had questions. All of the documents he filled out for the process were completed thoroughly and he was a great help during the negotiation and inspection process. Ultimately, I would not have been able to do this process on my own so I greatly appreciate the effort Kevan put into everything. I would certainly use Kevan for future home buying needs and plan to recommend him to any friends looking for real estate in the Houston area

We recently moved to the area and lucked into meeting with Kevan. We had several recommendations and Kevan was the clear choice. He was patient, knowledgeable and very professional. He was efficient and kept everything moving smoothly. The bank nor the title company ever had to wait on him to submit information. We had been dreading the home buying experience, but it almost seemed too easy! Additionally, he helped us with so many things that we were unfamiliar with coming from out of town. Kevan was the perfect Realtor. We have had a relationship with Kevan since moving to the US over 1 year ago. He helped us find our first rental house and now has help us find a home to buy. He is very knowledgeable of the Houston real estate market and the process involved in the actual purchase of the house. We had never bought a house in the US before so his help in this area was very valuable. He followed up with our lender and others involved in the purchase to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. I am sure we would not have closed on time if it was not for Kevans continual follow-ups with other parties involved. Kevan also gave us recommendations on good areas to buy a house, things to look for when buying a property, and even how to prepare an offer. I am sure he saved us money with our actual purchase price. Kevan also took the stress out of the closing process for us by recommending excellent people to use for the closing process, this included, lenders, pest inspectors, surveyors. He even supplied a great lunch for everybody (including our movers) on the day we moved into our new house. I would not hesitate in recommending Kevan no matter if you are looking for a rental, buying or selling a house. You can not go wrong with Kevan. Thank you so much.

We used Kevan Pewitt as our realtor to buy our new home in April 2019, and he was outstanding.Before choosing an agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be our best choice in helping us buy a new property (time, effort, social contact, and professionalism). We were very particular about certain criteria since we had dreadful experiences with previous realtors and we weren’t looking forward to repeating the same experience.There was an introduction meeting scheduled and our first impression about Kevan was excellent. Within an hour, we could tell that Kevan was the right agent. A man of his word and a man who puts so much more than just hours into his work to make sure that his clients are well informed and are highly satisfied. He spent hours answering our questions and providing us with objective data regarding different homes that met our needs.Kevan made the process incredibly transparent and easy and took the extra miles many realtors dont take (but should) to ensure his clients get what they are looking for. His knowledge of the homes and areas the homes were located in made finding the right home just that much easier. I used a VA Home Loan which Kevan was extremely knowledgeable of. I was referred to Kevan from a very good friend and it was the best decision I made. Kevan is a fantastic Realtor! As a first time home seller, I was unaware of the steps in the selling process for the Texas real estate market because I live in California and Kevan guided me through it all. Selling a home is stressful, especially when the house was ruined by a prior tenant and needed to be totally remodeled. From the very beginning, Kevan was calm, objective, professional, and gave me great advice and referred me to amazing contractors who saved me a lot of money and made my house beautiful again. Even after finding a buyer who had an inexperienced agent, Kevan made sure the escrow process and closing deal went through very smoothly. He sold my house within weeks of the initial listing! I highly recommend Kevan and am very grateful for all that he did to get my house sold!

We just bought our first home and used Kevan Pewitt of Houston Prime Realty as our realtor. We interviewed with several realtors and chose Kevan for his knowledge of the Houston area and his patience to explain everything about the buying our first house. Kevan is a broker and we worked with just him through the entire process (unlike larger agencies that may have you work with several different real estate agents). He was always happy and quick to respond to all of our questions and worked with our schedule in mind to show us houses. Instead of me sifting through hundreds of listings, never finding the right house that had all I desired, Kevans list only showed houses that fit my requirements. I was able to preview these online, weed out the ones that didnt appeal, & only actually tour the ones that were best for me. He was there with answers, even when I didnt know the questions. Working with Kevan was great...he found my dream home!
