I had an excellent experience working with Thomas Zepeda. He pays attention to detail and listens with your concerns in mind. He always made a point to communicate whether by phone, email and/or text.He never came across as being too busy to hear about my concerns. He communicated on my behalf prior to my move in date to make sure everything was “a go!”When I tell you I was impressed with his services, please believe I was impressed, as I am a person who is very pernickety!!!So to please someone like me says a whole lot!I wholeheartedly recommend him to ANYONE needing assistance with finding a home. Definitely a “10” in my book!

Thomas was a great resource while moving to Dallas from out of state. He educated me on the numerous neighborhoods in the area and focused on my price range. He and his partner even went above and beyond with sending video walkthroughs of different units and properties. I couldn’t recommend a better realtor and realty group.

Thomas and his wife were amazing! They were beyond patient with helping us with all of our needs and ridiculous amenities requested and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable they made sure we were comfortable the not only them but others they put us in contact with which in my opinion speaks volumes of them! My husband and I have a 2 year old and have needed a starter home hand had NO IDEA where to start or even what we needed to do but they made everything so simple and didn’t ever get frustrated with us or make us feel stupid or anything and they did walk thrus with us and if there was an imperfection usually they pointed it out before we even noticed it which I am so grateful for! They have integrity! Thank yall so much for everything!!
