Zak is great with communication and is willing to answer as many questions as you ask. He gets back to you quickly and keeps you updated on a stressful process. He will laugh and joke with you the entire time you’re together. He is also accommodating to changing wish lists and will be patient with you as you try to figure out exactly what you’re looking for.
