Zachary has been a long time friend and now a business partner! My husband and I were first time home buyers and we could not of asked for a smoother process in getting into a new house. After viewing homes with him personally we were able to get closure within 17 days!! Almost unheard of! He is so welcoming and friendly, such a great person to deal with the stress of purchasing a new home. He worked very closely with us and always called to check if we were needing anything or update us on the process along the way. We were even able to get a check back at closing instead of paying in! Highly highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new place to call home! He will be the one we reach out to for any and all home buying needs or questions. It has been a pleasure to work along side Zach!

Zach asked all the right questions and helped to narrow-down what was most important in a home so that we could find the perfect place. And that is exactly what happened!
