Couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a first time home buyer! Xavier was always quick to respond, super informative, always professional and above all else, incredibly patient! Not only did he ease any and all concerns I had but he also brought to my attention things I hadn’t thought of or considered. I always felt that my best interest and the best interest of my family was top priority when working with Xavier, and because of that I recommend him to all of my family and friends, whether buying new or selling their own..He was great! Thanks again, Xavier! My family and I couldn’t be happier in our new home!

Was looking for a house for months, and was getting pretty discouraged. Xavier met us at every single house I sent him to view, weird 1 offs late in the day he would always make it work. He never gave up and kept us encouraged. We found the perfect house and we executed a deal quickly and got it. Our new house is better than we thought wed find and Xavier made it all worth it. Would recommend
