Being new to the DFW area I was recommended to reach out to Rana in the real estate market. Working with Rana has been such a pleasure as she was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to the type of homes that I was looking for. She understands the market and landscape quite well and it really showed. Her experience as a realtor was very apparent from the start through all our property tours and conversations. She displayed a deep knowledge and understanding about the construction types, foundation, electrical, hvac, plumbing etc.. and advised us where appropriate. Her communication and social skills were top notch and she was always punctual for all the property showings.There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes between the selling and buying parties. Rana fought hard for us and was able to get our offer accepted amongst other multiple potential buyers and eventually negotiated a deal to help us close on our first home.She was heavily engaged throughout the entire process, from getting our offer in, the inspections and all the way to closing.She was never pushy on any of the tours, rather worked very diligently to find the appropriate property best suited for our needs.When you go with Rana, you are also getting the knowledge from her experience in the market and the vast network she has built throughout the years.I would 110% recommend Rana in a heartbeat if you are looking to buy a home in DFW area and would definitely work with her again.
