In this insane housing market, we needed someone who could get it done. Saira went absolutely above and beyond my expectations and made our home buying experience a breeze. She was EXTREMELY communicative (probably the fastest person to respond in my entire contact list) and always made herself available to answer our questions. She was a master of details and staying on top of all the tasks that needed to be addressed. Saira is thoughtful, dependable, and an absolute blast to work with. I cant recommend her enough!

They were good at listening to my priorities and values and offering tailored advice throughout the process. This included details for hiring contractors, market value and timing, and dealing with complex issues on a property subject to divorce orders. And they helped me navigate changes and decisions very professionally. Overall they were very capable, responsive, organized, and worked well together as a team.
