Elaborating on my rating, as requested by the owner.It has been a pleasant experience for me from day 1. Everyone at this place is always smiling and welcoming, unlike many others who put a face like why are you here?.I was working with Manny (Soto) and he is by far the best sales person I have met. He is very professional, always communicates well, discloses all the facts and provides all the options patiently without cutting corners. We did buy the house and all the credit goes to Manny for this seamless communication and willingness to help.The teams from other departments at Pulte have been great and pleasant to work with. Hence, the 5-star rating. -
