Schuyler was the ultimate professional. He was the expert we needed as we sought to buy a house that we could use as an investment property. Both of them along with the rest of WGs team did an absolutely spectacular job of helping me prep the house for the sale, finding me contractors to do the prep work necessary the maximize the value of my house on the market, and guiding me through every last part of the sales process from listing to close.They did such a great job helping me prep and price the house effectively that we went under contract only x2 days after the house went on the market. Their process is truly best-in-class.There were several curveballs that came up in the closing process that, frankly, without Schuyler and Jennies guidance and attention to detail would have otherwise prevented the deal from closing.Words can hardly express how grateful I am for their team and I cant recommend Williamson Group highly enough to anyone buying or selling a home.

Buying a home for the first time can be a little overwhelming to say the least. From the first day I started working with Schuyler, I knew I had made the right choice. He is intelligent, competent, knowledgeable of the changing market conditions, and knows his stuff. We bought a beautiful 2-story modern home for under list price which is something thats rare in this Austin market. Williamson Group ranks at the top 1% of Austin Realtors and their 5 star reviews accurately portray their professional expertise. The team and Greg have truly exceeded our expectations because everything went really smooth with our home purchase.When we first met Greg in person to discuss the steps to purchasing our first home, we were impressed at how knowledgeable and friendly he is. He was a professor and we appreciated how he explained terms that are important to know when purchasing a home in this market such as earnest fee, option fee and appraisal gap. He recommended we work with the lender, Leaman Group which are amazing as well and helped close our home in 30 days with a great appraisal! Greg was always available for any questions or concerns we had (and we had many questions!). Greg did his research on the neighborhood comps or comparable sales and it really paid off as he was able to negotiate with the sellers agent to get our first house offer accepted under listing price. I don’t often write reviews, but Greg has earned one for his fantastic help on my new home purchase. He was involved and helpful from start to finish. Before I flew into Austin we spoke in depth about what we were looking for and the parameters of our search and on each point Greg was able to chime in with insightful data and advice. Before we had flown in Greg had compiled a highly curated list of homes meeting our criteria. Post finding a home Greg continued to be helpful, he advised on standard provisions, what we should be looking for and what we should expect on a new build. During construction Greg would often follow up with the builder to ensure everything was proceeding as planned and even visited the site to send updates himself. During the blue tape walkthrough, he was extremely beneficial as he surveyed the home as if it were his own and helped mark anything that needed to be repaired. Additionally, he helped coordinate a third-party appraisal, was present during the presentation of the findings and spoke to the builder to have everything corrected. Finally, at closing he coached us on what to expect and came with us to ensure a smooth process. Can’t stress enough how much I would recommend Greg to anyone looking for a broker, he is extremely helpful and insightful and brings a great human touch to an often-stressful process.

My partner and I recently sold our condo and bought a new one with Williamson Group Real Estate. Hands down, this is the best real estate team in Austin. We sold our condo for $8K over asking were able to purchase the exact house we wanted in our desired area. Ill start with my selling experience: Kristen and Schuyler went the extra mile to pre-market the property by block-walking, using signage and pinging their networks. They provided guidance on how to properly stage the house and our real estate pictures turned out beautifully. We were under contract within 24 hours. Our buying experience was equally great. Kristen went into each property with an eagle eye, and I truly admire her attention to detail. I also attribute the relationships that she has made with other realtors, builders and folks in the industry as what truly clinched the deal on our dream home. And finally, there was Gracie, their office manager, who shepherded us through the process. She made sure we had all the information and forms we needed to close quickly, and that we were prepared for every next step. The whole team is top notch.
