Rachel helped us find a new home when we moved from Oregon to Texas. There are a few key things that make Rachel a great Realtor.1) She doesnt rush you into buying a home. She is very patient and puts clients interest ahead of business.2) She knows the city pretty well and is pretty well versed with the neighborhoods.3) She is very responsive, keeps tab on things and handles pressure really well.Even after the purchase she has helped us out on a lot of things with the move and helped us settle down quite easily in our new place. I would high recommend Rachel to anyone who is looking for a Realtor that is trustworthy.

Rachel has been working with my wife and I for years now. While I was deployed in Afghanistan she worked diligently with my wife to help relieve the stress of finding us a house to rent-and found us a great deal and great location. Rachel, Chris, and the Wildwood Group provided exceptional service for my family while moving from out of state. For reference, this is my familys second home purchase. I have my real estate license in two states, but only practiced seriously for one year; I can say from experience that these two go above and beyond to make their clients happy.Throughout the process they remained in constant communication on all of our home buying inquiries. We decided to look in an area an hour+ away from their home base, and they were more than welcoming to our request. When we provided a list of homes we were interested in, Rachel took a full day out of her schedule to view three homes and two developments (where she spoke with a representative at each) to provide us full reports of the lending terms and timelines. For each property, she took videos with commentary - we truly felt like we were right there with them!Once we narrowed it down to our final decision, Rachel & Chris were extremely knowledgeable on their recommendations on how to negotiate a winning offer based on the local expectations. To cap it all off, Chris provided a wonderfully edited video of our new home with drone footage included. This is a service that is not an agent standard by any means, so it was a great gift to celebrate our newest investment. The entire time we had a lively group chat exchanging comical GIFs, while remaining professional by keeping our best interests in mind.
