As a mortgage broker, Ive had the pleasure of working with Wendy & her team on many transactions. Wendy is truly a joy to work with, she has a great pulse on the real estate market, and knows both the residential & commercial sides of the business. Whether on the buyer or seller side she gives great value to her clients. I recommend her 100%.

Wendy is an AMAZING realtor! She is detail-oriented, knowledgeable, goes out of her way to resolve our concerns, and is dedicated and committed to helping us out. Wendy made the whole purchase process stress-free: Wendy was there with us the entire way and explained all the complicated contracts and legal languages; Wendy was a critical help in negotiating fair terms for us; Any time we encountered any concerns, Wendy would be knowledgeable on how to resolve them and would share with us resources that we could utilize to overcome different barriers we had in our land purchase process; Wendy also created an easy-to-follow timeline chart for us to follow along with all the contractual deadlines. I felt very comfortable and trusting working with Wendy. She would step in and help us when we needed it, which took much of the stress out of the land purchase process. She is easy to talk to, and I always felt comfortable talking to Wendy about our questions. There are so many more amazing traits about Wendy, and I could go on and on. When I first spoke with Wendy I was at the end of my rope, feeling defeated. After one conversation I felt a sense of relief. From that day forward she provided EXCELLENT results. Wendy kept me updated every step of the way, either by phone, text, or email. She explained everything in detail and was sure to leave no questioned unanswered.
