I cannot say enough about my experience with Virginia throughout my house selling process . I was so clueless about what to do to begin with and incredibly overwhelmed but she did an amazing job guiding me through the entire process and helped me get my home and mind ready for the sell. She went above and beyond what I ever expected or heard of realtors doing. I was able to sell my home quickly in one of the most difficult markets we have had. I am beyond grateful for her!

Virginia was consistently on top of everything, taking extra time to communicate with us throughout the process (what paperwork was needed at what time, scheduling properties to be shown, etc.), and she understood what kinds of properties we were lookin for without trying to upsell us into something we didn’t need.When it came to purchasing THE place we wanted, Virginia was a good negotiator for all those little fees that pile up on the buyer (getting the seller to split HOA fees for example).
