Mrs.Virginia Alvarado, was our relator last fall. She made our home buying experience phenomenal. Throughout the process she showed her Kindness, support and most of all her patience. She never ones rushed us or pushed us into something out of our budget, or something we didnt like . My experience with Mrs.Alvarado was extremely phenomenal. I’ve had the opportunity to go through a few process with her on an owner to owner lot, first time home purchase and a few investment properties. Between her knowledge and outstanding communication skills, made a stressful process a stress free experience. She was always available to answer questions and believe me I had quite a few being a first timer for those kind of purchases. She however patiently guided me through every step, going above and beyond to negotiate the best deal possible . I’ve had the pleasure to have Mrs.Virginia show me properties on Mother’s Day and during holiday season… she shows up to her inspections and closings.
