Victory Properties Reality for me, checked all the boxes of a great experience, I feel when I sold my home. I have known Troy and the Cothran family since the early 1990s. When were ready to sell our home in Houston and move to Deer Park it took Troy less than 1 week to sell our home. He helped us find our new home in Deer Park as well. When we were ready to retire and move to the country after 20 years of living in Deer Park it took Troy only 2 weeks to sell our home. He knows the business, understands the market and is a pretty good friend to boot.
