I live out of state. When I inherited my mothers house after she passed in the Texoma area I needed someone to help me sell it. Victoria went way above and beyond the call of duty in helping me to have a successful sale. When I had unrelated people who were staying with my mother before she passed and they werent prepared to move out or sign a lease to allow me to protect myself and the property, Victoria represented me in court at no additional cost to me. She was patient with me as it took more than a year after I took full possession of the house for it to be ready for sale and represented me professionally, helping me to achieve a successful sale.

Wow. What can I say about Miss Victoria that would convey what a great agent she is? I have worked with her on multiple transactions— both as a seller and a buyer. Victoria has a wealth of knowledge about Texoma area property— whether it is in Oklahoma or Texas. She understands how the Army Corp operates and can provide invaluable advice. In my latest transaction, she literally called her entire network to get our house sold. Victoria is a consummate professional and she will continue to be my go to advisor.

I live in New England ….and inherited farmland in Oklahoma. It was time to sell, so I looked online for a good realtor in the area. One positive review that caught my eye was by someone who was also out of state and needed an Oklahoma realtor. So I hired Victoria.Little did I know that what should’ve been a direct and simple process turned into a six month process involving wandering cows; grumpy neighbors ;a ridiculous legal conundrum; and a very inefficient title company. Through all of this ridiculous ongoing complicated mess, Victoria was incredibly professional , efficient, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with.I think I found the perfect realtor for this job— and I’m so incredibly grateful to Victoria for her skills and persistence. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Victoria made a difficult and complicated transaction way easier than it could have been for us, and we felt like she went to battle for us on multiple occasions to make sure we got the property we wanted at the price we needed. She was ready any time we needed her for phone calls, site visit coordination, and all the behind the scenes work. She truly went above and beyond, as did Cindy on her team. We knew at every point exactly what we needed to do to keep the process moving, and even on the days when there was nothing to do but wait, she often called or texted to check in, give an update or just make sure everything was okay on our end. Maybe the most exceptional thing about Victoria is that she put in all that work and time for a property that wasn’t high dollar, and didn’t offer a significant commission. You would kind of expect a lots of attention from your realtor when you’re providing them with a giant commission, but to get that kind of service for a small property was unexpected and so very appreciated. We would use Victoria again in a heartbeat (although we hope to never sell) and have already referred her to family. Thanks for everything, Victoria!

This is our fourth real estate transaction with Victoria’s support: land purchase, rental home contract, selling our house and building another house. She is TOP NOTCH. We felt prepared and informed. Her communication level was just right to keep our sanity. Victoria is detailed and airways prepared with research, appointments and contacts done. She listens and follows up to get things done. She provided market insights & held open houses to help sell our house. She was a great “local contact” when we built our house in another city, helping us through numerous custom build choices.
