I had an exceptional experience working with Victoria as my realtor. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always attentive to my needs. Victoria took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, guided me through every step of the process, and took time from her busy schedule to schedule back to back tours for us on a Saturday. Communication was clear and timely. She was always a call/text away when I needed an answer quick. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Victoria, my husband and I found the perfect home, and I couldnt be more grateful for her dedication and expertise. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell! :)

Victoria marketed and quickly sold our condo in McAllen. She was recommended by our daughter who is a highly experienced Realtor in Missouri. We also saw that she had excellent reviews and we immediately knew we could work with her after our first phone call. Victoria advised us on pricing and marketability and as it turned out, her advice was spot on. In addition to professionally taken photos of the property, Victoria created an amazing virtual staged view inside the property which was at the time unfurnished (see pic). We were overwhelmed by the positive response and Victoria had to handle multiple showings per day over a 2-week period as we were resident in a different state. She assessed and advised on each offer and held our hands throughout which was very important as we were not familiar with Texas Real Estate law. Another complication she effectively handled was our need to close using a family member with power of attorney as we were going to be in the UK and could not legally sign electronic paperwork. We were extremely satisfied with the sale price and the closing was straightforward. Especially as we were remote or overseas, trust was (and is) incredibly important and Victoria delivered! After the sale, Victoria went above and beyond in retrieving our broadband modem and delivering it to the cable company to avoid a fee. THANK YOU Victoria! You are amazing.
