I know everyone has their own preference when it comes to realtor agents but this was our first experience with Victor Ronje as our first agent but everything about it was satisfactory, he went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were comfortable in making decisions even when we were out on vacation. Victor Ronje is top notch in the real estate business. He’s professional and very understanding of your wants and your needs and he works very hard for you to make your dreams a reality. I’ve worked with other realtors in my past purchases and I had to beg or almost find the house myself only for them to get the commission. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor. I’m in sales myself and I understand the importance of customer service. I understand the importance of rolling out the red carpet for someone no matter what line of business you are in. When it comes to real estate agents, Victor is second to none! He will not treat you like a client. He will treat you like family. His focus and concern is about helping people find the right home for them. He has the patience of Job. But he doesnt want to waste your time. If a home is not a good fit for you, he will tell you exactly why. He does not hesitate to point out what is wrong with the house, as well as what is right. Give yourself a favor and use Victor as a real estate agent so that you can have someone who will partner with you and not just represent you.
