As a neighbor, we were already familiar with Vickis excellent reputation and didnt hesitate to entrust her with our goal of selling our starter home in order to purchase our forever home. We were nervous about the logistics of moving with small children and dogs, but her familiarity with Homewards buy-before-you-sell program not only made the process much smoother, but also allowed us to secure our dream home in a multiple-offer situation. Our previous house is now under contract after being on the market for just a few days. Over the past several months of working with Vicki, she was been incredibly communicative, hardworking, and a much-needed calming presence. Her husband Wade has done a wonderful job taking over in the areas of repairs, comps, and negotiations. Their work has surpassed our already high expectations and we will be recommending to all for their real estate needs!

She is a wonderful woman; I knew I was in good hands from the moment we met.There wasnt a week that went by that she did not keep me informed of all her work on my behalf. We are so grateful we found Vicki to be our realtor. She was so thoughtful, kind, professional and sensitive to the many factors we were considering. We had never been so San Antonio before and she did a great job of introducing us to neighborhoods that were a great fit for us. She has a great sense of style which translated to an understanding of what we were looking for aesthetically and a background in education which was helpful as we searched for great school districts. Also, as a mom, she was extremely patient and helpful with our two rambuctious boys. We ended up finding a house that we loved, and when we moved in (after having a mix-up with our rental car) she met us with our keys and a few essentials we wouldn’t have been able to get ourselves. She has also been very generous offering recommendations for local businesses. She truly went above and beyond for us. Vicki is such an outstanding Realtor. She did an amazing job helping me find the perfect home for my family. Working with her was such a pleasure. Vicki is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Well, I could not be happier with the outcome of the recent sale of our home.
