Working with VD was the blessing we did not know we needed! Our family was in a weird place of not knowing how to move forward with our dream of owning our own home. As first time home buyers, VD was able to walk us through the process, make us feel heard and really comfortable with our decisions and well as knowledgeable on all the paperwork and steps taking place. Despite us not knowing exactly what we were looking for, VD saw an opportunity that met our family’s needs and worked hard along side us to ensure we got our dream home in the time frame that we desperately needed! I could not recommend working with Vd enough! I am telling ALL my friends about her. My fiance and I were first time homeowners and I can confidently say we had absolutely no stress buying our first home. Vd walked us through every step of the process and most importantly EXPLAINED every step. We could not of done it without her. She was constantly checking in on us and our new build house. VD Martin was a dream to work with. She was very communicative and knowledgeable. An excellent negotiator and listener which is a difficult find. We needed our home sold fast and she made it happen. Even though our home was far from perfect with solar panels that werent paid off. She negotiated for us and found an arrangement that suited the buyers and us. So glad we found her. Look no further shes the one for sure!
