I can’t recommend Nathan Vasseur highly enough. He helped me sell a property in TX my elderly parents co-owned. With multiple people involved he was incredibly patient and took the time to answer our 100 questions. He’s strategic, responsive, trustworthy, professional and fun to work with. He closed our deal on time while navigating issues that arose with ease. We live in California so he handled everything for us in Texas. I feel like Nathan more than earned his commission. If you need commercial real estate help — he’s the one!

Wow, where to begin. I gave Nathan Vasseur a set of desired criteria for our new office that I thought was going to be impossible to find, but he somehow managed to find a set of options that met them. Not only did he help us find a new office that met our demanding needs, he also professionally and expertly helped us negotiate with the owner to make sure that our lease was fair and within our budget.
