Very happy with the support and guidance Vanessa gave us. As it was our first time buying a house she was very helpful in (clearly) explaining the process, pointing out the challenges and pitfalls. During the viewing and negotiating she was on top of everything, dug out a lot of background information, very specific on the details, super responsive and pro-active. Great aftercare as well.. All in all highly recommended and a pleasure to work with!!

Working with Vanessa to buy our first home was a fantastic experience. From the beginning she was engaged and responsive to our needs. She was extremely patient with us as we got aquatinted with the market and began the process of navigating our wants, needs and buying power. I never felt that she was pushing us to buy, or steering us towards anything other than what we had asked her to help us find. She also helped us learn what to look for to avoid problem properties. When we finally found a place that felt like home she was very much on top of everything. She prepared us for all of the potential twists and turns during the option period and was a wonderful presence throughout the process.One aside, we originally found Vanessa through the Redfin app but we hadn’t envisioned choosing a Redfin agent. I had set up an appointment through the app thinking it seemed like the fastest way to get an appointment to see a property while actually intending to go with a family friend as our agent if our search got serious. From the very first intake phone call and tour though, it became clear Vanessa was a gem. She was attentive, easy to talk to and she won our trust with her candor and attention to detail. We are thrilled with our new home and, awkwardness with the family friend aside, we are very happy we went through this process with Vanessa. Hindsight is 20/20 and if we had it to do over, we would choose her again.

I was a first-time home-buyer and was not pretty sure on how to search for homes and go through the entire process of home-buying. Although the Redfin app makes it easier to look for homes and all, it was only after I started working with Vanessa did I come to know of the current housing market and the various factors that need to be considered in buying a home.Vanessa is so easy to work with and at no point during the entire process she rushed through things nor did not have time to go and visit a home. Ive initially started my search almost an year ago when we went around a few homes but I had to stop my search due to a few unexpected things that came up on my side. When I said the same thing to Vanessa, she encouraged me to take my time and not to rush through things and in the meantime she shared a few articles reg the housing market to keep me updated on what to expect when I resumed my search. And once Ive resumed my search in the last 3-4 months, we picked up from we left.After deciding on one home, the process of signing a contract, going through the inspection and the final signing of title, was pretty strenuous to say the least. But, during the entire process I always felt comfortable in reaching out to Vanessa and in knowing that I had a go-to person to make sure I was going down the right path.I am repeating what Vanessa said to me a few weeks ago, I am happy that our paths crossed.
