Valerie is an amazing realtor who always goes the extra mile to make sure youre taken care of whether youre selling or buying a house! Shes well organized in everything she does, highly knowledgeable about the industry/market, and will do everything she can to help you reach your goals. We are very appreciative to have her in our corner as she made everything very easy during a stressful time. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

When my fiancé and I were ready to start looking for our first house, we had no idea where to begin and what to do. We reached out to Valerie, and she was very helpful. She provided us with introductory information about the home buying process, showed us homes from various areas around Houston, and recommended neighborhoods based on our interests/lifestyle. She sent us listings that she thought would be a good fit and also was open to all of the listings/model homes we wanted to visit. She was very flexible and accommodating to our schedule. We really appreciate her making the drive even if it was just for one listing. Valerie communicated very well, answered all of our questions, and provided us helpful resources and references when requested. With each home, she pointed out details we would’ve missed on our own, discussed pros and cons, and asked for our thoughts. Not once did we feel pressured to proceed with a house. We were able to take our time with house visits and our decisions. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, Valerie is also very personable and a fun realtor. We had a great time with the homebuying process and would recommend her to anyone.

The homebuying process can be intimidating but having a knowledgeable realtor is best thing you can do for yourself. If you’re looking for a realtor, Valerie is absolutely amazing!!Valerie is super knowledgeable about the market, and will provide helpful tips along the way. She is flexible with showings and will do her best to look for options in your budget along with any questions that you may have about the properties. She is super well informed on the paperwork that will be needed or filled out and will walk you through the process making it easy and seamless. We are so happy with our home and had a stress-free wonderful experience with Valerie.

It’s hard to find patience and integrity in the world of sales especially for a first time home buyer. I’ve had many bad experience with people in sales but thank god Valerie was around to choose as my realtor. She was extremely patient with all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot. She truly cares and is very honest, she isn’t pushy at all to make a sale. I love her honest opinions whenever I ask about recommendations for everything. She was an enormous help in choosing a house and making us feel comfortable about our choice based on our financial state. I would absolutely choose her again for my next house or future investment.
