Valerie did an outstanding job in helping us find a forever home for our mom.She was very detailed- listened to all our wants, needs, concerns and pointed us to the perfect location (and steered us away from others).We decided to go with a new build and she was by our side from beginning to end- working with the builder and addressing issues/ fixing problems along the way.Valerie knows her business, is a great communicator, negotiator and we highly recommend her as your next realtor.

Valerie offered to conduct our entire home buying experience 100% virtually due to us being stationed in Hawaii, but wanting to buy our house in El Paso, Texas. She was able to virtually provide us walk-throughs, inspections, and everything we needed. Valerie was able to assist us in changing our loan type due to the fast pace of the market and every house we viewed be taken before we could submit an offer. She streamlined the transition with a new mortgage company and was able to successfully help us to secure the house we wanted well within the price that we planned and get us the best deal available. We will definitely stay in contact with Valerie when we arrive in El Paso and will recommend friends, family, and all military personnel looking for a super-star Real Estate Agent. She checks in with us regularly and throughout the home buying experience. We couldnt imagine getting another Real Estate Agent that could be more professional than Valerie! Valerie went above and beyond what you expect from your realtor. Listing a home, while living over 2000 miles away can be extremely stressful, but Valerie made it easy. She took care of EVERYTHING! And when I say everything, I mean everything! My previous tenants left the house in a bit of disarray, and Valerie stepped up and took care of every little detail. Helping manage repairs, cleaning, more repairs and more cleaning! She made, was a very stressful time much easier. I commend her professionalism and dedication and highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!
