Tricia saved a DSCR deal I was working on with a client. I am a lender out of NY and she walked us to the finish line after a nightmare of a deal spanning over 4 months!!! She kept the deal the together! Best Realtor I have ever worked with. -

Tricia is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Top tier! She is professional, responsive, and truly a genuine and caring person. As a first time home buyer, I was scared and really didnβt know about house purchasing (I mean how could I, itβs my first big purchase) but Tricia walked through all the steps of home buying with us and made this easy for us. If I could give her more stars I would. My husband and I love her, and recommend her as your realtor. -

Tricia is an amazing realtor--we have used her to both buy and sell a home, and have recommended her to others without hesitation. She is down-to-earth and easy to work with. We had issues with the sale of our home (related to buyer funding)--she navigated it well and kept us informed and (when needed) calm. We would use her again if we were buying or selling in the area. She is a great realtor! -

Tricia is litterally the best realtor I have worked with, she is the most responsive and genuinely cares about you and your family. The market right now is like living in the dark land with scar, but working with Tricia makes it feel like the pride land when Simba came back as king.
