To say Tonya is a fantastic agent is an understatement....she is an amazing agent!! She went way beyond what other agents would do, both in the listing of the ranch and in working to complete the sale. Tonya was always available anytime of the day or night, had great ideas on how to improve the listing, and really worked to get the listing out to a larger audience. She had pre-listing pictures and videos out within a few hours, and her photographer/videographer did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend Tonya enough....she is amazing!

I dont know where to begin with this incredible lady. Tonya always made herself available when anything needed to be done with the sell of our home and always quick to respond to any questions. She went way above and beyond what normal agents will do. Tonya posted our sale in more places than just the normal MLS to get a better viewing. We had some trying moments with the sale, but she handled it all like a pro. She was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend Tonya to anyone buying or selling. Tonya has been nothing short of AMAZING!I worked with Tonya to purchase a home a few years ago. She was beyond helpful and made everything so easy! Couldn’t ask for a better realtor. I’ve used Tonya twice now. I moved out of state then back. I used a realtor someone else recommended since Tonya was in a little different area than I was previously. BIG MISTAKE! After losing one house we reached out to Tonya and she helped us (even without discrediting or trying to step over the other realtor). I made the decision to cancel everything and use Tonya’s expertise again. I can’t tell you how much of a relief she was. She handled everything while I was mostly out of state. Day or Night. Not one time did I feel anything was happening not in my best interest nor did I fell left out or wondering what was going on. There was a time I wondered why realtors were necessary. I don’t anymore. Once you’ve had a great realtor, it makes things different and less stressful. If you need an experienced, empathetic and communicative realtor. Tonya is your gal.
