I couldn’t have asked for a better relator. Tony was extremely knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and personable. He really knows the ins and outs of real estate and will fight to get you the best deal possible. This is my first home and he was very patient and explained everything and answered all my questions quickly throughout the whole process. Thank you for treating me like family and making my first home buying experience enjoyable and easier than expected.

Tony was amazing and really made the experience of buying our first home easy and enjoyable. He asked questions, was so patient while we looked at house after house and took the time to ensure we found the perfect home that was just right for us. He organized our day; he voiced his professional opinion on things we hadn’t even thought about which I really liked and went that extra mile to make sure we got the best deal and the best rates. You can see he’s passionate about what he does and isn’t in it for the sale but to help people find the perfect home. He was so easy to relate to and so reliable and a great realtor. Tony is the most wonderful realtor I have ever worked with! He took the time to show me multiple properties daily for weeks to find my perfect home. He helped me select great contractors for anything additional I needed, as I wasn’t from the area. He has continued to do this. He is honest, reliable, trustworthy, and a great person! Updated: what seems like many months later, Tony has helped us find that little slice of heaven we were looking for. I say “helped” but it really went far beyond that. We looked at a number of house but really not too many before we found “the one”. I believe that was September. The owner never lived in the place but somehow thought she could slap up a coat of builder grade paint, and some other cheap upgrades and double the price. The house will take some work. We understand that. But the seller was difficult. Aim being nice here. She was the most impossible person I believe anyone has ever worked with. She tried to increase the price after contract. She disappeared on the day of closing. Disappeared again. Refused to sign. Made all kinds of crazy demands. Even showed up to hover the inspectors. I’ve never seen anything like this. But through all of our concerns, getting the seller in line, handling the various inspections (there were many), helping us through it all, and my favorite part; getting us the best possible price - Tony was with us every step of the way. I’ve bought more homes than I care to I’ve never enjoyed it. But Tony worked to make it as easy as possible and I am grateful everyday. It was December 13th when we closed and Tony spent the day with us, helping us continue to navigate the crazy seller.above and beyond is all I can say.
