There is no doubt I will be using Todd for my future transactions and I will be referring others to him. Todd made my home buying experience as easy and smooth as possible. I purchased an investment property with him and he did all of the contract work for me and talking with the seller’s agent for me. He gave me such tremendous recommendations for the area I bought in and used my budget accordingly. He also went above & beyond all my expectations by negotiating the contract in my favor and actually helped save me quite a bit of money. Todd will always have your best interest first and is a genuine person to be around. Todd Milligan also has extraordinary customer service skills. I personally work in the home-buying business and understand how stressful this line of work is from a customer standpoint and also giving customer service to others. I believe I have personally learned some new skills just by being his client! Todd was amazing helping me and my husband by our first home. Always there when you message, he would make sure all our questions were answered, very supportive throughout the entire process, and even helped us fix an issue after we closed! We could not imagine a better realtor than him, and we are so thankful for everything. If I could give him 10/5 stars, I so would!! Highly recommend him!

Todd is the consummate professional and he is very detailed in his approach whether it’s listing a home or helping you buy a home. He helped us determine the right listing price for our home so that we didn’t have our home on the MLS for days or weeks. He brings an extensive knowledge as well in the new home buying and building process. He’s a great listener and will help you make those tough decisions. We will definitely use him the next home we sell or buy.
