T.K was amazing. She was ALWAYS available when we called. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always called back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. We were able to sell the property because of her knowledge in todays economy. This is really hard to do for any agent.

T K reached us via direct marketing. We had been considering selling our land but hadnt made a final decision. Her outreach to us confirmed that we needed to move forward and sell it. While we disagreed with a couple of recommendations, we found T K to be quite knowledgeable about the area and utilized current techniques to make sure our land was sold quickly. In fact, we never disclosed this to T K but my wife and I thought our land would ultimately not be sold. However, we were pleasantly surprised to see that it not only sold, it sold fairly quickly. This is due to the superlative efforts of T K.
